Shipping and Return Policy
Lava Glow Jewelry, when pictured in my shop, are all one-of-a-kind and are ready to be shipped within one to two days. Your custom orders require a processing time of usually two weeks, and I will contact by email as soon as the jewelry is on its way to you. Orders placed on the weekend usually ship on Monday.
In the case of a piece made especially for you, (custom order) I will be in touch through the process. I will email to confirm length, and choice of precious and semi-precious gems to be included in the design, and another email to confirm the day it is on the way to you with tracking number.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Your order should take about 2 to 5 days once shipped depending on your location. You can follow your package with the tracking information given with your shipping confirmation.
Your Lava Glow should arrive 1 to 3 weeks after I ship it. Please know in that time frame, it's on its way!
We are no longer able to track an order once it makes it past customs. You should receive a customs number via email when you are notified that your package has been shipped. Use this number to assist you on tracking down your package once it has been sent.
Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry to say, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. I value your package at the accurate amount you paid for the item through my website.
Lava Glow is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from my studio. Orders are sent to the exact address given to me for shipping. I am not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.
Goods sold are non-refundable, unless fault or breakage occurs upon arrival or first month of wear. I quality check every piece before it is shipped out but, there is always human error. If this happens to be the case, please drop us an email. If you have any other issues with your order please don't hesitate to get in touch with me to see how I can make your experience wearing my jewelry better. Please make sure to include your order number with your email!
Order invoices are put inside every outgoing package. If your item is a gift and you would like me to exclude the invoice in the shipment please email me with your order number.
I have a studio and gallery in Oregon, and will be glad to have you come to see my work by appointment.
