Cats and Water
Running faucets, hose spigots
Vases tipped, flowers askew
Moist droplets on leaves after rain so touching
For soft savor is due
Their water dish sits
Excitement naught
Only to dash for what's on tap
When water gives spout
Trickling and licking as cold water drizzles
No quaff better for these feline sots
